Every home in Star Ranch is subject to a homeowners association. Understanding how the HOA operates — what it costs, what it covers, and how it enforces community standards — is an important part of both the buying decision and the ownership experience. ## Dues and What They Cover HOA dues in Star Ranch are approximately $33 per month (about $400 per year) — notably lower than competing master-planned communities in Hutto.
